Notice to Registered BER (Energy Rating) Assessors
INVITATION TO REGISTERED BUILDING ENERGY RATING (B.E.R.) ASSESSORS
Tenders are invited for the carrying out of Building Energy Ratings to new and existing dwellings in South Tipperary Local Authorities. Tender documents can be obtained from the Housing Section, County Hall, Emmet St., Clonmel, Co. Tipperary on payment of a deposit of €50.00 for each set of documents.
Tenders, on the prescribed forms in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Tender for Energy Rating Assessors' must be lodged at the Tender Reception Office, South Tipperary County Council, Emmett St., Clonmel, Co. Tipperary not later than 4.00pm on Friday 30th January 2009.
The Contractor must comply with all statutory requirements as per the specification.
South Tipperary County Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 1997.
If you consider that any of the information specified by you is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, this should be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity specified. In such cases, the relevant material will in response to the FOI requests be examined in the light of the exemptions provided for in the Act. The lowest tender or any tender need not necessarily be accepted.
