Notice to Painting Contractors
Expression of interest from Qualified Painting Contractors for the painting of individual vacant houses within the Councils Housing Stock as they arise.
The Housing Section of South Tipperary County Council intends to compile a list of suitably qualified and experienced painting contractors. Works as they arise will be tendered to those who are successful on getting on the panel.
Any contractor who wishes to be included on the list should apply in writing, giving details of his or her qualifications and experience and enclosing a copy of: Current C2 certificate from the Revenue Commissioners.
Copies of
- Public Liability cover, Min. Value €6.5 million
- Employers Liability Cover, Min. value €13 million
Any incomplete applications will not be processed further. The Contractor should also state clearly which area(s) of the County he or she would be prepared to work in. Please mark your application “Tender for Painting Panel” and submit to Tender Reception Desk, South Tipperary County Council, County Hall, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary before Friday 30th January 2009.
