Tender for Windows and Door: Tenders are invited from competent contractors for the supply and fit of windows and doors to 93 local authority houses.
Tender for Extension at Castleview, Ballyneale: Construction of Single-Storey Extension at Castleview, Ballyneale.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Housing Section, County Hall, Emmet Street, Clonmel on payment of a deposit of €100 for each set of documents. The fee will be returned on receipt of a Bona Fide Tender, which is not subsequently withdrawn and the return of the documents.
Tenders, on the prescribed forms in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Tender for “enter description” must be lodged at the Tender Reception Office, not later than 4.00pm on Friday 20th February, 2009.
The Contractor must comply with all statutory requirements as per the specification.
South Tipperary County Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 1997. If you consider that any of the information specified by you is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, this should be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity specified. In such cases, the relevant material will in response to the FOI requests be examined in the light of the exemptions provided for in the Act.
The lowest tender or any tender need not necessarily be accepted.
