Review of The Cahir Local Area Plan (LAP) 2005
South Tipperary County Council intends to review the Cahir LAP 2005. Section 20 (1) of the Planning & Development Act 2000-2007 enables the Planning Authority to engage with the public in preparing a Draft LAP.
The Planning Authority would welcome the input of the people of Cahir in the preparation of this plan.
An Issues Paper has been prepared in order to generate discussion,

Submissions or Observations on matters that you feel should be included in the Proposed Draft may be made in writing from Monday the 25th January 2010 to Friday the 19th February 2010 and marked “Cahir LAP Review”, and addressed to:

A public information session is to be held in the Cahir House Hotel at 7pm on the 3rd February 2010. All are invited to attend.
