Wastewater Treatment Systems for Single House
The Environmental Protection Agency has finalised the updated Code of Practice on Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems serving Single Houses (p.e. <10).
Section 77 of the EPA Act 1992 (as amended) states that a code of practice published by the EPA shall be received in evidence without proof. The updated Code of Practice replaces the previous guidance issued by the EPA on wastewater treatment systems for single houses (EPA 2000).
