The Planning Section hosted an Agents Seminar on Monday the 23rd May 2011. The Agenda was comprehensive and included presentations on:
- Enforcement & Taking-in-Charge,
- The Planning & Development Act 2010 in three topic headings (i) A General Overview (ii) Core Strategy: The Implications for South Tipperary (iii) The Substitute Consent Provisions relating to Quarries
- Approaches to Sustainable Design (delivered by the TEA)
- Invalid Applications & Further Information Requests: Addressing the Main Issues.
