Draft Fethard Local Area Plan 2010
In accordance with the provisions of Section 20(3) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 - 2008, and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 – 2009, notice is hereby given that South Tipperary County Council, being the Planning Authority for the County, proposes to make a Local Area Plan (LAP) for Fethard. Submissions and observations on the Draft Fethard LAP 2010 are invited between Monday 9th August 2010 to Monday 20th September 2010 inclusive.
Submissions may be made in writing and marked for the attention of Mr. Tom O’ Dwyer, Administrative Officer, Planning Section, South Tipperary County Council, County Hall, Emmet Street, Clonmel. Submissions in writing must be received before 5 pm on Monday 20th September 2010 and should include your name, address and where relevant the body represented.
Submissions by e-mail will be accepted until 12 midnight on Monday 20th September 2010.

All submissions and observations on the Draft Fethard LAP 2010 made in writing to South Tipperary County Council within the above time period will be taken into consideration by the Council in deciding upon the Draft LAP.
